STANDARD TIP TRIM
0” (custom trim may be achieved; allow 1.5” parallel)

SHAFT PREPARATION
- Abrade shaft tip 0.75” (remove all paint from tip section)
- Clean abraded shaft tip (acetone recommended)

STANDARD TIP TRIM
- Abrade inside of Uni-Fit Shaft Adapter (until black is removed from inside)
- Clean inside (cotton swab and acetone recommended)

INSTALLATION
- Fully mix 2-part epoxy (golf club specific – other epoxies NOT recommended)
- Fully coat inside of adapter and outside of shaft tip with epoxy
- Insert shaft into adapter (NOTE: shafting beads may be needed for better fit)
- Rotate to desired position (Default: shaft logo aligned with “Neutral”)
- Wipe off excess epoxy on outside of shaft and adapter
- Allow epoxy to fully cure before handling again

FINISHING
- Butt trim to length
- Butt trim to 43” (no head) for STD length (45”)
- Convert appropriately for different lengths (e.g. 42.5” = 44.5”, etc.)
- Affix head to shaft, then measure CPM (no grip; 5” clamp at 40 psi)
- Install grip to desired position (Default: align grip logo with shaft logo)
- Label shaft with length and CPM (Default: 0.5” below grip, opposite of logos)
HEADS

ALTERATION
Head weight with all Uni-Fit components should equal OEM weight
- Record OEM weight of head w/ OEM adjustable adapter (save for later)
- Remove OEM adjustable adapter
- Record total weight of head, Uni-Fit Shaft Adapter, and Uni-Fit Hosel Adapter
- Add or relieve weight (if possible) to match original OEM weight

INSTALLATION
- Match appropriate Uni-Fit Hosel Adapter to vendor head
- Align desired setting of Uni-Fit Shaft Adapter with dot(s) on Hosel Adapter
- Align shaft adapter and hosel adapter dot(s) with driver head
- Tighten color-coded bolt with Torque Wrench until audible “click” is achieved
